This page explains what happens to the details you give Leimer Construction (“Leimer”, “we”) when you use this website, in plain words.
What we collect
When you send an estimate request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address and phone number, the town or city where the work is, the type of work, your budget range, when you would like to start, whether you have plans or an architect, how you heard about us and who referred you, and your description of the project. Nothing else is required. The form has no file upload; if you email us photos, we receive them as part of that email.
If you phone or email us directly, we keep whatever you tell us for the same purpose.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your request, talk about your project and, if you hire us, do the work. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who sees it
Your request is stored on this website’s own database, using the Fluent Forms plugin, and is emailed to Leimer. You also get a confirmation email. Email is sent through an email delivery service that handles messages for us. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone else, except where the law requires it. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
The website is hosted by DreamHost, which stores the site’s data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not become a job are deleted after about 24 months. If we work together, we keep the records the business needs for contracts, permits and taxes for as long as the law asks.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you live in California, these rights are also yours under California privacy law. Write to us at john@leimerconstruction.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. The estimate form’s spam protection may set a small technical cookie.
Changes
If we change this page, the date at the top changes too.
